FCD Series 3-IN-1 Compact Dryers

  • Formax Honeycomb rotor technology has become the industry standard in dehumidifying hot air dryer equipment. Its unique, honeycomb design-the molecular sieve and silica gel are strongly bonded to ceramic fibres inside the rotor by special chemical crystallization-eliminates powder that can contaminate the system.
  • Its large contact area effectively absorbs at high temperature, drying resin in half the time while stabilizing dew point at a constant -40˚C.

The another type FCD-SAN series Sanitary Compact Dryer is specifically designed for disc molders, medical parts, Lens, LCD screen, optical parts manufacturing. The Sanitary system employs a HEPA filter in the process air circuit which removes the smallest particles and contaminants. This ultra-clean system is also completely polished with passivated welds and heater.
